Sony Vaio VGN-C290, 3 1/2 years old, died at 5:46 p.m., Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, from Old Age in suburban Orange, California.

Sony Vaio was born March, 2007, and was a lifelong area resident. She worked as an Internet Provider, was a Volunteer Photography Assistant and first responder for the Email Update Department and most recently a member of the Blogging Community.

She is survived by three Sisters; HP, Dell and younger sister Sony Vaio. She is preceded in death by her Brother Word Processor, and Granny Gateway. 

Services were held at 8 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 13, at the PC Memories Funeral Home, DH officiated. Burial will be in the local Recycle Go Green Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Buddy, Maddox, and Daphney.

      • Kam, please heed my advice. Back up, then back up again and buy a new one if that money tree is blooming. The heartache while my Sony Vaio was in hospice was horrific. I am seeking counseling.

  3. Brutal! The hard drive on my computer died two weeks ago – thankfully I was able to get a guy to resurrect it and get most of the stuff off. I hope your computer angst is over!

    • Bean, I am so thankful you were able to contact the necesary medical help. I was much less fortunate. All the brillant Doctors in India were so helpful and I know are grieving with me tonight a world away. RIP Sony Vaio.
